When: May 14th, 2022
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm (8:00am check-in)
Breakfast and light refreshments served at 8:00am
Who: All Mothers/Guardians + daughter/girls welcome (ages 10+)
What: Health workshop with workout samples (Interval training, yoga, Krav Maga) to strengthen the body and “work-ins” (body Image, Mindset, Identity) to strengthen the heart and mind
Where: Cary Koka Booth Ampitheather (8006 Regency Pkwy., Cary, NC)
Cost: $10/pair ($5 for every additional daughter)
Please only 1 ticket purchase per Mother + Daughter Pair
